The incumbent will partner with the VP of Equine and Cattle to develop and manage the US Marketing, Communication and Key Brand Strategies for the Equine and Cattle portfolios. The incumbent will provide guidance, support and marketing through leadership to the Team and other Business Leaders. The incumbent will monitor the effectiveness of the commercial strategies and activities. The incumbent will develop and implement strategies including product positioning, pricing and packaging improvements, distribution, promotional elements and field force tools and will develop and execute plans to optimize brand positioning, market share and revenue targets for the portfolio. The incumbent will develop lifecycle plans in conjunction with R&D and technical teams. The incumbent will develop, implement and measure marketing programs which support the short and long term growth of the brands. The Director will forecast revenue projections for manufacturing, sales and operating budgets.
Qualifications include 10+ years of strategy, marketing, sales, finance, management or consulting experience. BS and MBA or Advanced Degree required. Demonstrated ability to lead high performance teams and strong results in the area of people development. Demonstrated experience in marketing key brands or key role in a strategic business initiatives. Strong analytical and strategic capabilities a must. Must have a high degree of business savvy and financial acumen. Demonstrated initiative, creativity and strategic capabilities. Knowledge of healthcare and animal health industry a plus. Must be strategic, innovative and analytical in developing marketing strategies.

Veterinarian – Genetics – Herd

The incumbent will provide technical expertise in health management including biosecurity; disease identification, prevention, control and treatment; regulatory and food safety requirements. The Veterinarian will share in fiduciary responsibility for health decisions. Qualifications include a DVM or related degree from an accredited veterinary college and the ability to obtain licensure and USDA accreditation in IL, NE, MO and IN. 3-5 years experience in swine medicine, regulatory compliance and disease prevention. Knowledge of veterinary medicine practices, principles and policies. Industry standards practices of Biosecurity, swine health management, food safety, regulatory compliance, current principles of business management and practices.

Inventory Control Manager – Oklahoma

We are seeking an exceptional Inventory Control Manager to be accountable for the physical custody, quality standards and overall safeguarding of product inventory and pre-planning processes. The Inventory Control Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will liaison with the Sales Team. The Manager will be Responsible for the physical movement of material within our client’s facilities, assuring timely arrivals to meet customer schedules. The incumbent will manage cycle count process such as monitoring/measuring inventory adjustments and will ensure Inventory Record Accuracy and optimal utilization of nursery capacity. He/She will ensure timely and accurate receipt of all incoming/outgoing inventory materials and will understand the flow of all processes and equipment in all departments. The incumbent will ensure all personnel are properly trained in their respective area and will work with Human Resources to maintain full staffing and track adherence to all Company personnel policies and departmental procedures. He/She will write/approve performance reviews for all direct reports and will maintain communication lines and interface with various functions, as needed, especially site managers, sales managers, purchasing, operations and outside logistics functions. The incumbent will develop processes/procedures to insure accurate reporting and control of physical inventory and will manage budget, cost objectives and performance.
Qualifications include at least three years of experience in inventory management operations, Associates or Bachelors’ degree in a business related field. Experience with inventory systems (i.e. Southware system), Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, good organizational skills, articulate in communicating both verbally and in writing, pro-active approach to problem solving, high level of integrity, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, basic plant knowledge preferred. Excellent personnel management skills required and ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and work in a team environment is essential. The incumbent will be able to read, write and understand English. Bilingual a plus. Math skills are required
