Division Director/National Sales Manager

The (DDNSM) will be responsible for the sales of class 4 laser units, class 3 laser units, radial shockwave units, electrotherapy and ultrasound units. This position includes responsibility for the sales force and the distributors that will sell our clients products. The incumbent will organize and attend medical conferences and territory seminars where our clients products are to be marketed and sold. The incumbent will report to the CEO of the organization and the incumbent will develop marketing and sales plans and will develop marketing tools and materials that is required to promote our client’s products and services. Other responsibilities include: developing strong partnerships with key influencers and customers and to initiate joint marketing opportunities as well as will hire, manage and train the sales force and distributors as well as manage those relationships, will coordinate and participate at conferences and will attend to make sure the organization’s products and services are properly displayed and marketed to attendees, will organize and coordinate territory seminars, develop annual sales budgets and monitor the sales expense budget.

Qualifications include five or more years of experience with an establishes track record in selling products or services to veterinary doctors, experience successfully managing a sales force, demonstrated business skills related to budgeting, training, hiring and writing, has successfully worked in a small company environment, demonstrated leadership, communication and listening skills, demonstrated skill in working successfully as a team member with a diverse group of people, capable of establishing and meeting goals and objectives for the sales force and distributors. Area Sales Manager – East / Northeast

Area Sales Manager (ASM). (Mid-Atlantic or New England)-The ASM plays an important role in the overall sustained growth of the company and will supervise 6-8 individuals. Qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, preferred board-certification, MBA or extensive business and leadership training, minimum of 7 years as a leader in an animal welfare/health organization, experience in marketing and corporate relations , solid knowledge of the animal welfare/health industry, ability to develop business strategies in line with the organization’s goals, must bridge diverse areas of expertise: medicine/surgery, toxicology, behavior, research, business strategy and marketing. Leadership and staff development skills are key, experience working with unions is helpful.

Territory Account Manager – multiple locations

Territory Account Manager opportunities in multiple regions. TAM will generate sales by calling on existing customers, sales leads and potential animal health or research opportunities in assigned region and to provide ongoing customer education and support. Key duties include

• Responsible for maintaining high readership scores and website traffic by implementing quality content across both the print and digital formats; responsible for communicating readership trends and data to editor weekly

Regional Medical Director (DVM) – Southwest

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that our client’s hospitals provide high quality veterinary care and an outstanding client experience. This individual will recruit, hire and manage medical directors and provide supervision for associate veterinarians. The incumbent will develop and implement strategies to enhance knowledge and skills of associate veterinarians and medical directors.

Other responsibilities include reviewing performance and establishing development plans for medical directors and overseeing performance reviews and development plans for associate veterinarians. The Regional Medical Director will provide medical expertise to hospitals and will help develop and manage a regional budget. Medical Director – St. Louis, MO

The Medical Director is responsible for ensuring high quality medicine and an outstanding client experience in each of the MULTIPLE hospitals that they supervise. They will achieve this goal through recruiting, hiring, coaching and supervising veterinarians and by working with field directors to ensure the presence of outstanding paraprofessional teams.

In addition, Medical Directors partner with field staff to ensure outstanding business practices and a high degree of professionalism in each hospital. Medical Directors are expected to teach medical and surgical skills and to evaluate performance through frequent visits to hospitals.

Qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree is required. A minimum of two years leadership experience and three years clinical experience is required, with proven ability to perform all basic surgeries, including use of all standard medical instruments and equipment. At the time of hire, an active veterinary license in good standing and related controlled substance licenses are required for the state in which the majority of the MD’s hospitals exist. For any additional states where the MD has hospitals at the time of hire, or if a new territory is acquired, necessary licenses must be obtained at the next available licensing date. All licenses must remain active for each state in which the Medical Director has hospital responsibility.
