Our client has an immediate need for a Veterinary Regional Account Manager in multiple regions to generate sales by calling on existing customers, sales leads and potential animal health or research opportunities in assigned region and to provide ongoing customer education and support. The incumbent will develop and maintain a complete understanding of our clients products and services. The incumbent will travel extensively during the day and overnight travel will be approximately 4-8 nights per month. The incumbent will generate new business and business leads and will provide ongoing customer support including supporting customers with product or technical calls.

Qualifications include Minimum of an Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred) preferable with a science or business emphasis. Outside sales experience preferably selling to veterinarians. A veterinary technician background would be of interest as well. Good oral and written skills. Good active listening ability. Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets. Valid DL, clean driving record, auto insurance. Ability to travel and ability to lift 60 pounds.

    Veterinary Services Manager – West

    The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical training and support for the field sales force and corporate veterinary accounts. Additionally, hands on involvement in the conduct of field studies will be an important function. Key interactions with marketing, sales, research and development along with academicians and other veterinary key opinion leaders will be important in the development of scientifically robust technical and marketing materials as part of a comprehensive effort to properly position leading edge veterinary technologies. Travel is projected to be 50%-75% overnight. The Veterinary Support Manager will support the sales force through a range of activities including visits to veterinary accounts, training for corporate veterinary accounts, lectures at local, state and/or national veterinary meetings and conferences and help develop sales and marketing materials. Build awareness and endorsement of key animal health products through activities at veterinary schools, veterinary technician schools and their programs designed to share information with key opinion leaders in the veterinary community. Actively participate in developing, conducting and monitoring clinical field studies along with the required summary development, manuscript authorship and publication/presentation of data. Develop clear and regular reports of achievements and milestones. Identify and evaluate areas for current and future product development and portfolio expansion.

    Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years experience, holding a position in a veterinary technical services capacity or similar responsibility demonstrating strong leadership skills is preferred. Will also consider candidates directly from a veterinary practice. Experience working with veterinary school researches and clinicians and experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals are a plus. In addition to having a strong command of companion animal medicine, the successful candidate must have excellent public speaking, presentation and writing skills, the ability to influence using facts and data, and have well developed organizational tools. The ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment is a must. A strong background in Microsoft Office Suite software and Windows is also required. A DVM or VMD is required. Board certification in a small animal discipline is preferred.

    Director – Annual Giving

    The Director’s primary responsibility is the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program; including the coordination and oversight of supporting initiatives in the areas of donor appeals, web communications, prospect research and donor/gift acknowledgment.     Risk Management Coordinator

    The Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Integrity Management Program through the collection, integration and analysis of assessment and corrosion data to increase understanding, reduce risks and reduce costs. The incumbent will comply with DOT and OSHA health, safety and environmental requirements and will follow safety philosophy and procedures developed by the Company including applicable environmental, health and safety rules, procedures and accepted safe work practices, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems and the reporting of workplace hazards and injury or illness arising from workplace activities; observes the workplace to identify conditions or behaviors that should be corrected and takes appropriate action. Integrate available historical information to develop/document a comprehensive integrity picture of the line segments being assessed and identifies and classifies anomalies according to company criteria. Reviews history of various pipeline segment to asses integrity risks; prepares preventive risk analysis measures and updates the risk model and associated processes.  Maintains master joint list and ILI excavation database and organizes and maintains hard copy records of excavation, inspection and repair activity. Represents the company during regulatory audits as a key member of the Integrity Assessment Team. Performs statistical trending analysis to identify data trends and develops and completes detailed statistical analysis related to assessment data and key performance indicators. Provide accurate and timely information to appropriate databases in order to support the risk, data integration and program improvement processes. Leads the IMP data integration process. Reviews and integrates integrity risk variables to identify integrity threats, evaluate current prevention and mitigation strategies, select additional prevention and mitigation strategies. Integrates available information as required by the IMP data integration process. Maintain/update the risk model and corrosion database; develop an appropriate action plan and reassessment interval based on the results of the integrity assessment. Track and document the results of the integrity assessments and the corresponding actions. Utilizes risk-model and data integration software to further evaluate anomalies for evaluation. Run and evaluate the results of the risk model application software annually or as updates/new acquisitions require. Maintain /update the preventative and mitigative actions tracking guide and P&M process. Maintain/update the IMP performance metrics for annual reporting requirements. Qualifications include Bachelors’ degree in engineering, business administration or an equivalent combination of formal education and 5 years of direct experience in pipeline integrity management role(s0 such as program development, risk modeling, assessment coordination, anomaly mitigation or similar is required. In addition, 1-2 years of GIS (Arcview/ESRI), database experience (SQL) and technical writing is preferred. Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures, policies, procedures, equipment operating parameters and all applicable DOT, EPA, FERC, DHS And OSHA requirements. Working knowledge of the Integrity Management Program (IMP) Rule, Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49 Part 195, ASME B31.4 and API 1160 Managing System Integrity for Liquid Pipelines. General  knowledge of corrosion and cathodic protection, ability to evaluate company procedures for integrity assessment and associated data collection and management and recommend changes to improve them. Demonstrated ability in using and/or conducting risk analysis. Knowledge of the application of math and algebraic formulas.     Director & Attending Veterinarian

    Our client is an independent, nonprofit research institution dedicated to the development and advancement of biomedical research to eliminate cancer and other potentially fatal diseases.  This position involves management oversight of the animal care and use program and a key component of this position is to provide oversight and direction of animal welfare compliance in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and institutional laws, policies, guidelines and procedures.  Additionally this position has oversight responsibility for laboratory animal health and welfare and serves as a technical resource for research protocol development and implementation.

    Qualifications include a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an AVMA accredited College of Veterinary Medicine and licensed to practice in a state in the United States. Candidates must be Board Certified as a Diplomate, American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine and have advanced training in laboratory animal medicine with minimum of 10 years experience with laboratory animals, experience in the management and operation of laboratory animal facilities using diverse rodent and large animal species’ in academic, governmental or industrial setting, USDA accreditation to perform federally mandated duties associated with operation of a laboratory animal research facility.
