Our client has an immediate need for a Veterinary Regional Account Manager in multiple regions to generate sales by calling on existing customers, sales leads and potential animal health or research opportunities in assigned region and to provide ongoing customer education and support. The incumbent will develop and maintain a complete understanding of our clients products and services. The incumbent will travel extensively during the day and overnight travel will be approximately 4-8 nights per month. The incumbent will generate new business and business leads and will provide ongoing customer support including supporting customers with product or technical calls.

Qualifications include Minimum of an Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred) preferable with a science or business emphasis. Outside sales experience preferably selling to veterinarians. A veterinary technician background would be of interest as well. Good oral and written skills. Good active listening ability. Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets. Valid DL, clean driving record, auto insurance. Ability to travel and ability to lift 60 pounds.

    Senior Engineer

    The Senior Engineer is responsible for managing the design and construction of pipeline and facility additions, modifications and repairs. Supervises the inspection of the pipeline using internal inspection tools.   Senior Engineer may have opportunity to move into Manager role in 3-5 years.

    Qualifications include a Bachelors of Science degree in mechanical, civil or petroleum engineering. Seven to ten years of prior construction engineering experience with a minimum of five years within the pipeline industry.     Director – Asset Integrity – Pipeline

    The incumbent is responsible for directing and managing the development, implementation and maintenance of our client’s Integrity Management and Risk Management Programs. In addition the Director is responsible or providing direction and guidance to the company’s facilities maintenance and corrosion control programs and for providing technical guidance to the development of the company’s Geographic Information System.

    Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in mechanical, civil or petroleum engineering or the equivalent in experience is required. Eight years of prior engineering experience within the pipeline industry is desired in order to gain knowledge of equipment, facilities, construction and corrosion control techniques, Integrity Management Rule requirements and project management techniques. Addition experience in risk assessment and risk management techniques as they apply to a pipeline company and prior experience in the supervision of other engineering personnel is required.  Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures, policies, documentation procedures, equipment operating parameters and all applicable DOT, FERC, EPA, DHS and OSHA requirements. The position must be able to utilize computer hardware, a relational database and demonstrate various levels of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio, ESRI, GIS and RDBMS software and other related engineering software to manage, records and analyze company information. Knowledge of principles and practices involved in an objective, systematic examination of evidence, providing an independent assessment of an organization’s processes and performance in order to provide information to improve public accountability and facilities decision making. Knowledge of the policies and procedures involved in managing an organization’s risk exposures to achieve its objectives in a manner consistent with public interest, safety, environment factors and/or the law. Ability to identify and analyze potential risks, determine the probability and severity of consequences of their occurrence and optimize the use of organizational resources in managing such risks.

    Risk Management Coordinator

    The Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Integrity Management Program through the collection, integration and analysis of assessment and corrosion data to increase understanding, reduce risks and reduce costs. The incumbent will comply with DOT and OSHA health, safety and environmental requirements and will follow safety philosophy and procedures developed by the Company including applicable environmental, health and safety rules, procedures and accepted safe work practices, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems and the reporting of workplace hazards and injury or illness arising from workplace activities; observes the workplace to identify conditions or behaviors that should be corrected and takes appropriate action. Integrate available historical information to develop/document a comprehensive integrity picture of the line segments being assessed and identifies and classifies anomalies according to company criteria. Reviews history of various pipeline segment to asses integrity risks; prepares preventive risk analysis measures and updates the risk model and associated processes.  Maintains master joint list and ILI excavation database and organizes and maintains hard copy records of excavation, inspection and repair activity. Represents the company during regulatory audits as a key member of the Integrity Assessment Team. Performs statistical trending analysis to identify data trends and develops and completes detailed statistical analysis related to assessment data and key performance indicators. Provide accurate and timely information to appropriate databases in order to support the risk, data integration and program improvement processes. Leads the IMP data integration process. Reviews and integrates integrity risk variables to identify integrity threats, evaluate current prevention and mitigation strategies, select additional prevention and mitigation strategies. Integrates available information as required by the IMP data integration process. Maintain/update the risk model and corrosion database; develop an appropriate action plan and reassessment interval based on the results of the integrity assessment. Track and document the results of the integrity assessments and the corresponding actions. Utilizes risk-model and data integration software to further evaluate anomalies for evaluation. Run and evaluate the results of the risk model application software annually or as updates/new acquisitions require. Maintain /update the preventative and mitigative actions tracking guide and P&M process. Maintain/update the IMP performance metrics for annual reporting requirements. Qualifications include Bachelors’ degree in engineering, business administration or an equivalent combination of formal education and 5 years of direct experience in pipeline integrity management role(s0 such as program development, risk modeling, assessment coordination, anomaly mitigation or similar is required. In addition, 1-2 years of GIS (Arcview/ESRI), database experience (SQL) and technical writing is preferred. Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures, policies, procedures, equipment operating parameters and all applicable DOT, EPA, FERC, DHS And OSHA requirements. Working knowledge of the Integrity Management Program (IMP) Rule, Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49 Part 195, ASME B31.4 and API 1160 Managing System Integrity for Liquid Pipelines. General  knowledge of corrosion and cathodic protection, ability to evaluate company procedures for integrity assessment and associated data collection and management and recommend changes to improve them. Demonstrated ability in using and/or conducting risk analysis. Knowledge of the application of math and algebraic formulas. Technical knowledge and work experience in pipeline risk management and analysis. Experience and training related to GIS, statistics and database development. Knowledge of CFR49 Part 195.     Senior Manager – Product Development

    The food safety testing business is one of the fastest growing and most exciting businesses within our client’s overall company portfolio. It is a critical growth vector for the corporation with expectations to achieve $50-75 million in sales within 4 years. The Food Safety Testing Business Segment Manager will lead and drive the development and implementation of the food safety business strategy. Your will run a start up with a significant revenue base and customer reach. Your goal is to grow this business organically and through M&A to establish it as a market leader. You will have significant visibility and support in this key leadership role of a rapidly growing business segment.  The incumbent will manage the business and have P&L responsibility. Lead a team of 5-10 business professionals including marketing and product management. Build a high performance team by hiring, training and coaching employees. Articulate and develop a go to market strategy for the food safety business.  Manage the product portfolio and the overall product life cycle including new product development. Be the internal expert in the food safety testing market. Work with Corporate Development team to evaluate new business opportunities. Manage business relationships and contract negotiations with external partners. Establish relationships with standard setting bodies in various diagnostic and therapeutic areas. Partner with the sales team to create effective sales channels that reach target customer segment.

    Prior general management experience of a business, with a least $50MM in revenue, including P&L responsibility. The candidate will have demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategic product roadmap development strategy (i.e. a product roadmap’). The candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience in the food safety testing market. Prior demonstrated success leading teams of at least 5 people. The candidate will have product management, sales or marketing experience in the food safety testing industry. The candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant course of study. Additional advanced degrees are preferred, but not required. In their repertoire, the candidate will be self-motivated and a driving force of product development in their current or past organizations. The candidate will have experience with molecular biology techniques. The candidate will ideally have M&A and integration efforts. Strong project management skills. Strong presentation skills.
