			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our client has an immediate need for a Veterinary Regional Account Manager in multiple regions to generate sales by calling on existing customers, sales leads and potential animal health or research opportunities in assigned region and to provide ongoing customer education and support. The incumbent will develop and maintain a complete understanding of our clients products and services. The incumbent will travel extensively during the day and overnight travel will be approximately 4-8 nights per month. The incumbent will generate new business and business leads and will provide ongoing customer support including supporting customers with product or technical calls.</p>
<p>Qualifications include Minimum of an Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred) preferable with a science or business emphasis. Outside sales experience preferably selling to veterinarians. A veterinary technician background would be of interest as well. Good oral and written skills. Good active listening ability. Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets. Valid DL, clean driving record, auto insurance. Ability to travel and ability to lift 60 pounds.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Manager, Project Engineering is primarily responsible for the supervision of the Project, Pipeline and Senior Engineers in the creation of plans and designs and the delivery of management support for new construction and maintenance projects.  <span id="more-1304"></span>The manager will lead employees to support compliance with DOT and OSHA health, safety and environmental requirements and exemplifies the safety philosophy and procedures developed by the Company; integrates safe work practices into routine departmental operations and ensures employees are adequately trained to perform their work safely; monitors the workplace and with employees identifies conditions or behaviors that should be corrected to ensure unsafe or unhealthful conditions are avoided; investigates workplace incidents and takes prompt correction action(s) necessary to ensure the safety and health of employees and prevent recurrence of incidents. Directs and supervises the work of Project, Pipeline, Senior and contract engineers; determines work priorities and schedules work assignments; interviews and recommends candidates; evaluates, orients, counsels, and trains subordinate personnel and recommends associated personnel action. Identifies, develops and recommends the creation or revision of internal project management standards, policies, procedures and new programs to improve efficiency and provide project engineering staff with clear and concise written guidelines. Provides technical oversight and coordination of project engineering work; through project coordination meetings and other means, monitors progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goals. Performs risk assessments for projects and manages control of projects using various scalable strategies including Gating. Reviews concepts for business development and project estimates; prepares engineering studies and cost estimates for labor, materials and time to complete for new construction projects; reviews estimates created by others and provides value added suggestions. Defines annual objectives for project engineering and develops plans to achieve the goals including the financial and manpower requirements. Develops programs and procedures to meet the objectives. Evaluates the performance of the project engineering functions, compiles information to estimate the capital and maintenance project expenses, and related departmental expenses for the production of the budgets. Reviews and recommends pipeline system operating limits for pipelines, pump stations, meter stations, tank farms and other facilities. Reviews and updates construction and equipment specifications. Performs emergency preparedness and response duties.</p>
<p>Qualifications include a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in mechanical or civil engineering and a minimum of 10 years of progressive pipeline project engineering experience, a broad knowledge of pipeline projects is required, an understanding of controlling regulations, an advanced degree in engineering, engineering management or MBA and a Professional Engineer license (PE) is preferred.  Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures, equipment operating parameters and all applicable DOT, FERC, EPA, DHS and OSHA requirements. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques and familiarity with PMI methodology. Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques to prioritize potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate risks and identify alternative solutions, recovery plans and contingencies. Knowledge of principles and methods for planning, monitoring, tracking and managing the people, time, budget and quality of work on projects Ability to plan, organize and direct an effective project engineering program, some manual dexterity skills are required in the operation of Micrometers, vibration detectors, dial depth gauges, pit gauges and ammeters. Well-developed analytical skills are required in the design and construction of new pipeline facilities or maintenance project specifications and the resolution of problems relating to the management of those projects. Ability to convey complex economic, technical and operational information in a clear, concise and organized manner.</p>

<p>Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in mechanical, civil or petroleum engineering or the equivalent in experience is required. Eight years of prior engineering experience within the pipeline industry is desired in order to gain knowledge of equipment, facilities, construction and corrosion control techniques, Integrity Management Rule requirements and project management techniques. Addition experience in risk assessment and risk management techniques as they apply to a pipeline company and prior experience in the supervision of other engineering personnel is required.  Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures, policies, documentation procedures, equipment operating parameters and all applicable DOT, FERC, EPA, DHS and OSHA requirements. The position must be able to utilize computer hardware, a relational database and demonstrate various levels of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio, ESRI, GIS and RDBMS software and other related engineering software to manage, records and analyze company information. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Integrity Management Program through the collection, integration and analysis of assessment and corrosion data to increase understanding, reduce risks and reduce costs. The incumbent will comply with DOT and OSHA health, safety and environmental requirements and will follow safety philosophy and procedures developed by the Company including applicable environmental, health and safety rules, procedures and accepted safe work practices, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems and the reporting of workplace hazards and injury or illness arising from workplace activities; observes the workplace to identify conditions or behaviors that should be corrected and takes appropriate action. Integrate available historical information to develop/document a comprehensive integrity picture of the line segments being assessed and identifies and classifies anomalies according to company criteria. Reviews history of various pipeline segment to asses integrity risks; prepares preventive risk analysis measures and updates the risk model and associated processes.  Maintains master joint list and ILI excavation database and organizes and maintains hard copy records of excavation, inspection and repair activity. Represents the company during regulatory audits as a key member of the Integrity Assessment Team. Performs statistical trending analysis to identify data trends and develops and completes detailed statistical analysis related to assessment data and key performance indicators. Provide accurate and timely information to appropriate databases in order to support the risk, data integration and program improvement processes. Leads the IMP data integration process. Reviews and integrates integrity risk variables to identify integrity threats, evaluate current prevention and mitigation strategies, select additional prevention and mitigation strategies. Integrates available information as required by the IMP data integration process. Maintain/update the risk model and corrosion database; develop an appropriate action plan and reassessment interval based on the results of the integrity assessment. Track and document the results of the integrity assessments and the corresponding actions. Utilizes risk-model and data integration software to further evaluate anomalies for evaluation. Run and evaluate the results of the risk model application software annually or as updates/new acquisitions require. Maintain /update the preventative and mitigative actions tracking guide and P&amp;M process. Maintain/update the IMP performance metrics for annual reporting requirements. Qualifications include Bachelors&#8217; degree in engineering, business administration or an equivalent combination of formal education and 5 years of direct experience in pipeline integrity management role(s0 such as program development, risk modeling, assessment coordination, anomaly mitigation or similar is required. In addition, 1-2 years of GIS (Arcview/ESRI), database experience (SQL) and technical writing is preferred. Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures, policies, procedures, equipment operating parameters and all applicable DOT, EPA, FERC, DHS And OSHA requirements. Working knowledge of the Integrity Management Program (IMP) Rule, Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49 Part 195, ASME B31.4 and API 1160 Managing System Integrity for Liquid Pipelines. General  knowledge of corrosion and cathodic protection, ability to evaluate company procedures for integrity assessment and associated data collection and management and recommend changes to improve them. Demonstrated ability in using and/or conducting risk analysis. Knowledge of the application of math and algebraic formulas. Technical knowledge and work experience in pipeline risk management and analysis. Experience and training related to GIS, statistics and database development. Knowledge of CFR49 Part 195. The Food Safety Testing Business Segment Manager will lead and drive the development and implementation of the food safety business strategy. Your will run a start up with a significant revenue base and customer reach. Your goal is to grow this business organically and through M&amp;A to establish it as a market leader. You will have significant visibility and support in this key leadership role of a rapidly growing business segment.  The incumbent will manage the business and have P&amp;L responsibility. Lead a team of 5-10 business professionals including marketing and product management. Build a high performance team by hiring, training and coaching employees. Articulate and develop a go to market strategy for the food safety business.  Manage the product portfolio and the overall product life cycle including new product development. Be the internal expert in the food safety testing market. Work with Corporate Development team to evaluate new business opportunities. Manage business relationships and contract negotiations with external partners. Establish relationships with standard setting bodies in various diagnostic and therapeutic areas. Partner with the sales team to create effective sales channels that reach target customer segment.</p>
<p>Prior general management experience of a business, with a least $50MM in revenue, including P&amp;L responsibility. The candidate will have demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategic product roadmap development strategy (i.e. a product roadmap&#8217;). The candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience in the food safety testing market. Prior demonstrated success leading teams of at least 5 people. The candidate will have product management, sales or marketing experience in the food safety testing industry. The candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant course of study. Additional advanced degrees are preferred, but not required. In their repertoire, the candidate will be self-motivated and a driving force of product development in their current or past organizations. The candidate will have experience with molecular biology techniques. The candidate will ideally have M&amp;A and integration efforts. Strong project management skills. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The National Account Manager identifies and establishes partnerships with distributors to support the sales of products to veterinarians by promoting sales and providing tools and education to veterinary distributor personnel in order to achieve the sales budget.  The incumbent will develop an annual distributor plan which will include annual purchase goals, margin plan, distributor sales representative commission and incentive plan, rebate/purchase incentives, product marketing/promotions, distributor programs, advertising, training of distributor field representatives and distributor branches and meetings. Will be accountable for the monthly reporting of distributor sales activities to senior management. This report will contain a summary of the sales numbers versus budget, activities executed during the month and plans moving forward to achieve budgeted targets.   Will motivate, guide and provide education to distributor sales representatives. The National Account Manager is responsible for creating and executing the educational curriculum for the distributor sales representatives.  This position is also responsible and accountable for the timely delivery of the sales tools the distributor reps will use to promote the product line. The National Account Manager is responsible for creating and executing the activities surrounding the annual distributor national sales meetings and individual regional meetings. Recruiting the assistance of regional managers and territory managers is essential to completing this responsibility.</p>
<p>Qualifications include a Bachelors degree. 8-10 years of animal health sales experience. 3-5 years of regional management or distributor management experience.  Travel requirement up to 75% of the time. Demonstrated understanding of selling, negotiating, finance, training, coaching and managing others.  Selling skills, outstanding account planning and management strategies are critical for the position.  Bachelors degree required.</p>

The incumbent will develop and implement strategies to enhance knowledge and skills of associate veterinarians and medical directors.</p>
<p>Other responsibilities include reviewing performance and establishing development plans for medical directors and overseeing performance reviews and development plans for associate veterinarians. The Regional Medical Director will provide medical expertise to hospitals and will help develop and manage a regional budget. In addition the incumbent will build relationships with veterinary schools and will participate in veterinary associations.</p>
<p>Minimum qualifications include a DVM/VMD with a minimum of three years of management experience and eight years of clinical experience. Multi site management experience is highly desirable</p>
