The incumbent will establish, manage and drive the direct to consumer strategic version for a novel  product for dogs and cats. This will include lifecycle planning and management, as well as exploration, planning and launch of new label indications, formulations, or packaging innovations. The role will have direct Brand P&L Management responsibility including forecasting of revenue targets and the management of advertising and promotional budgets. This role will manage the coordination of market research advertising and consumer and trade public relations. The Marketing Manager will work through the US sales and support teams to manage brand strategies to achieve revenue targets. The Manager will monitor and control sales forecasts and expense budgets. The incumbent will identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders to ensure that effective working relationships are in place.

Qualifications include 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrable success. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other marketing discipline (MBA is preferred). Direct to Consumer pharmaceutical experience with a proven track record of success.  Understanding science-based marketing, customer needs and the marketing process. Online marketing and digital marketing strategies. Project management and financial and sales forecasting skills. Animal Health experience a plus.

Marketing Manager-Companion Animal

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining strategy, planning, product development, partner management and business P&L results for a suite of premium business service offerings that support the needs of the Veterinary Professional.

Qualifications include 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the Animal Health/Pharmaceutical Industry with a history of success in delivering business results in a rapidly changing environment. Plant Manager

The incumbent will provide leadership and direction to the plant in all areas of responsibility including administration, production, processing, packaging, quality, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, purchasing, safety and environment.. The plant manager will operate the plant in a profitable, safe and quality conscious manner, meeting or exceeding all product specifications, regulatory requirements of Federal, State and Local governments. The successful candidate will provide direct oversight for the operations management team including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, safety and logistics, along with a strong connection to both finance and human resources.

Qualifications include 10-15 years in Manufacturing Management with a minimum 7-10 years at the Plant Manager level. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Management, Product Operations or equivalent field of study, Masters degree preferred. Pet food industry experience is preferred. New plant startup experience a plus. Strong leadership skills and the ability to facilitate/manage in a matrix environment. Solid process management skills. Strong influencing skills and the ability to work in a highly matrixed, consensus-driven organization. Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Inventory Control Manager – Oklahoma

We are seeking an exceptional Inventory Control Manager to be accountable for the physical custody, quality standards and overall safeguarding of product inventory and pre-planning processes. The Inventory Control Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will liaison with the Sales Team. The Manager will be Responsible for the physical movement of material within our client’s facilities, assuring timely arrivals to meet customer schedules. The incumbent will manage cycle count process such as monitoring/measuring inventory adjustments and will ensure Inventory Record Accuracy and optimal utilization of nursery capacity. He/She will ensure timely and accurate receipt of all incoming/outgoing inventory materials and will understand the flow of all processes and equipment in all departments. The incumbent will ensure all personnel are properly trained in their respective area and will work with Human Resources to maintain full staffing and track adherence to all Company personnel policies and departmental procedures. He/She will write/approve performance reviews for all direct reports and will maintain communication lines and interface with various functions, as needed, especially site managers, sales managers, purchasing, operations and outside logistics functions.  The incumbent will develop processes/procedures to insure accurate reporting and control of physical inventory and will manage budget, cost objectives and performance.

Qualifications include at least three years of experience in inventory management operations, Associates or Bachelors’ degree in a  business related field. Experience with inventory systems (i.e. Southware system), Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, good organizational skills, articulate in communicating both verbally and in writing, pro-active approach to problem solving, high level of integrity, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, basic plant knowledge preferred. Excellent personnel management skills required and ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and work in a team environment is essential. The incumbent will be able to read, write and understand English. Bilingual a plus. Math skills are required

Safety & Security Administrator

The Safety and Security Administrator is responsible for safety and security administration, safety program management, regulatory compliance, training presentations and problem resolution on safety processes and procedures as a result of audit findings and internal continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, safety/environmental or related field and five years’ experience is required. Additional formal training in safety procedures and the preparation and presentation of training programs and a certification in safety (CSP, CIH) is preferred. Field Pipeline operations experience is also preferred. The successful candidate will have knowledge of emergency and safety procedures, policies, procedures, equipment operating parameters, and all applicable DOT, EPA, FERC, DHS and OSHA requirements. Knowledge and understanding of the definitions of risk, hazard and danger and best practices to reduce potential hazards related to safety and compliance with regulatory agencies. Skill in root cause analysis, data mining, access databases.
