Due to expansion we are searching for an Associate Marketing Manager.  This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful initiatives, contribute to business growth, and make a substantial impact in an evolving business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and support the implementation of marketing plans
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistency with the product line strategy
  • Conduct market and channel assessments to prioritize and drive category growth and channel expansion
  • Keep the team updated on any changes and provide updates at regular meetings
  • Assist in launching new products across the different distribution channels
  • Collaborate with graphic resources to develop marketing materials for different target audiences/channels
  • Synthesize, frame and present information to all relevant stakeholders to gain alignment on product strategies and associated marketing plans
  • Assist with the creation and optimization of eCommerce content listing
  • Manage selling materials accessibility and material inventory levels
  • Serve as lead for exhibiting at trade shows/events and attend/exhibit as required
  • Manage hosted webinars, including the development of support materials, liaising with different associations for promotional support, providing backend hosting of the event, coordinating post-event metrics.
  • Manage the development and implementation of internal business tools
  • Manage the different trade offers and programs to increase sales of targeted products
  • Manage selling program results, including Campaigns (in SalesForce) to assist with running metrics post-program.
  • Collaborate with the Digital and marketing brand team to execute on plans for email marketing and other digital activities included in the marketing plans
  • Coordinate with the advertising agency to develop digital materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fields: MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing or brand management experience domestically or internationally
  • Progression of successful accomplishments that include experience with consumer insights, category analytics, product development and packaging
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend the business implications of decisions and display orientation toward maximizing profitability
  • Excellent brand management skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to listen and understand different perspectives to gain alignment and buy in
  • Demonstrated capability to lead projects, working across departments on milestones and deadlines. Ability to multitask and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Animal Health and OTC experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite.
