Manager, Financial Services & Client Relations – Tulsa, OK – #9080

We are seeking a Financial Professional to manage our Retirement Plan Services division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the  IRA and Personal Investment Program including advising the clients on investment options to best meet their needs and goals.

  • Assist with compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper registration as an Investment Adviser Representative with the Oklahoma Department of Securities or SEC.
  • Complete U4 and ensure annual renewal through the Investment Adviser Registration Depository (IARD)
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Prepare proposals and assist in onboarding new clients to the Schwab platform.
  • Process Required Minimum Distributions from IRAs.
  • Place trades for all clients
  • Research the best investment option for clients at the lowest cost point.
  • Extensive client communications.
  • Attend quarterly Financial Management Committee meetings.
  • Performs the duties and responsibilities of an investment adviser representative by routinely communicating and meeting with clients, providing investment advice and services; performing account reviews; making investment recommendations; performing trades; and a variety of other services as required by clients of the Schwab program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with client investment meetings, placing trades, opening, and closing accounts.
  • Understanding of rules and regulations as they apply to a Registered Investment Advisor.
  • Understanding of AI and Docusign for clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Education, Experience and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Must hold Series 65 license (or Series 66 with a Series 7) to act as a Registered Investment Adviser Representative.
  • Oklahoma Department of Securities registration (if state-registered).
  • 5+ years of investment advisory experience.
