Seeking a Product Manager in the Charlotte, NC area. Must be able to commute to Charlotte – relocation may be available.

The Product Manager is responsible for the portfolio of specific products within the Veterinary business with the objective of driving growth and market share expansion. The Product Manager will develop roadmaps that reflect customer needs, competitive landscapes, and business goals and objectives.

The incumbent will manage product lifecycle strategies, growth, optimization, and rationalization while overseeing product roadmaps that reflect customer needs and business objectives.

This is a cross-functional role serving as a bridge between research and development, operations, marketing, sales, and supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Support in product P&L management ensuring financial performance is in alignment with business goals
• Oversee strategic plans
• Develop and manage lifecycle strategies including launch, growth, modification, and rationalization.
• Manage new product development projects from case studies through audit stages working with operations, finance, marketing, and sales.
• Design launch plans to test claims and market acceptance.
• Monitor the performance of metrics.
• Work with teams to execute product strategy and meet topline revenue objectives.
• Work with professional services veterinarians to engage key opinion leaders.
• Develop and manage budgets.

• Commercial and technical experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing or sales experience with 1+ years of product management or related experience
