Regional Director of Operations – Northeast

The Regional Director of Operations will ensure each hospital provides a high level of service to clients and patients. The incumbent will recruit, lead, coach and develop the hospital leadership team.  The Regional Director will ensure each hospital provides a supportive, positive work environment for the tea and, will ensure the successful assimilation of new hospitals into the organization. The incumbent will ensure the successful daily operations of multiple veterinary hospitals to include performance, strategic and clinical processes, routine inter-disciplinary meetings, maintaining the hospitals and development and implementing strategies at each hospital .

Qualifications include proven success in leadership, decision-making, change management, proficiency with financial analyses and time management skills.  Veterinary hospital leadership experience is required and it is preferred the successful candidate will have multi-location management experience.  The successful candidate will have profit and loss management experience and a business or related degree.
