Trainer and Sales Performance Coach. The Trainer and Sales Performance Coach will implement the training of customer facing staff in the Veterinary Sector to position and sell the organization’s product/services.
This role requires the successful individual to work with veterinary practices to project manage the design and implementation of the product, increase revenue and customer loyalty. This individual will be responsible for the face to face training of teams of veterinary staff based within the practice on how to position and promote the product to clients. This position will require the successful applicant to display a “hands on” approach with experience in sales, project management and training. The position will necessitate the applicant working in a face to face Business to Consumer environment.
Qualifications include an excellent track record in coaching, training and the ability to display a “how to” approach, a background and success in sales, a very “hands on” working style where the successful candidate will be talking to, selling and servicing third party client bases. We are looking for a passion for outstanding customer sales and service that enhances the company’s very high reputation within the industry. The role requires travel. Experience in Key Account Management would be advantageous. Veterinary experience desirable.
